🎃Pumpkins!🥧
As a part of their fall and Halloween activities, the kindergarten and first-grade classes at Turkey Run Elementary School engaged in a hands-on learning experience through five different pumpkin-themed stations.
They participated in a STEM project inspired by the book “Five Little Pumpkins”, watched a video about the pumpkin life cycle, and tasted pumpkin pie. They also got creative by designing pumpkins and labeling their parts. This engaging event combined reading, science, and art, making learning about this holiday favorite both fun and educational.
